Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking an Architectural Engineer to deliver construction projects at site with experience in the Middle East and international markets. You will check and approve submittals, ensure QA/QC, and coordinate between disciplines to ensure construction quality and design compliance.

Requires a Bachelor in Architectural Engineering with 8 years total experience including 5 years in infrastructural projects, plus strong knowledge of architectural works, safety, cost management,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of architectural works and standards.
• Solid safety background and site safety practices.
• Experience across all construction disciplines and practical know-how.
• Familiarity with cost management and project budgeting.
• Knowledge of FIDIC and related contract practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction projects at site and ensure design compliance.
• Check and approve submittals by contractors; monitor QA/QC of works.
• Coordinate between disciplines and contractors to maintain quality.
• Interface with client and contractors to resolve issues and ensure progress.
• Travel to sites as required.

Job description

• Architectural Engineer with a track record of delivering construction projects at site. Experience in Middle East and International markets will be a plus.
• Experience in all duties of Architect at site including checking & approving submittals by contractors, QA/QC of works, coordination between various disciplines/contractors to ensure construction quality and design compliance.
• Knowledge of international and local best practices and building codes in design and delivery of large scale projects.
• Confident in Client & Contractor interfacing, managing and coordinating with a team of specialists.
• Thorough knowledge of construction specifications. Knowledge of FIDIC and similar construction contracts will be an advantage.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Architectural Engineering with total 8 Years of experience including 5 years in Infrastructural Projects
• Middle East & Saudi Arabia experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Architectural works
• Strong safety background
• Strong in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of “HOW TO’
