Job summary

شركة عمر الزرعة للتطوير العقاري seeks an Architectural Engineer to lead the architectural direction across its Saudi Arabian real estate projects. Bridge investment vision with advanced designs, manage BIM, and apply AI rendering for visuals and simulations.

Ensure cross-disciplinary coordination, adherence to the Saudi Building Code, and sustainable, efficient project delivery while traveling to sites within the Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• 5+ years in architectural design, real estate development a plus.
• Proficient in Revit (essential) with BIM/data management know-how.
• Strong AutoCAD/SketchUp and visualization tool skills.
• Experience with AI-driven rendering tools (Midjourney/Stable Diffusion/D5 Render/Veras).
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and regulations.

Job Description – Architectural Engineer Job Summary

This role aims to lead the architectural and creative direction across the real estate company's projects by effectively bridging investment vision with advanced engineering designs.

The responsibilities encompass crafting architectural concepts and executive blueprints, managing smart building information modeling (BIM), and applying artificial intelligence technologies to rendering and visual simulation.

Additionally, it involves ensuring integrated engineering coordination across all disciplines and guaranteeing strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code and regulatory requirements, thereby enhancing project efficiency and achieving a sustainable built environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Valid professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Full proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in architectural design (experience in the real estate development sector preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and engineering data modeling/management software (Navisworks, Dynamo).
• Comprehensive mastery of complementary engineering software and visualization tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape).
• Documented hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools and modern architectural rendering engines (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, D5 Render, Veras).
• Thorough knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, municipal regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively while handling technical coordination across various engineering disciplines.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and conduct site visits across the company's project locations within the Kingdom.

Minimum Requirements of Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Valid professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in architectural design (experience in real estate development is preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (Essential Requirement), with working knowledge of BIM modeling and data management tools (Navisworks, Dynamo).
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Core Requirement), along with a solid understanding of complementary visual rendering tools (3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape).
• Documented practical experience in leveraging AI tools and modern rendering engines (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, D5 Render, Veras).
• Full familiarity with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) as well as municipal and regulatory requirements.
• Professional communication skills, strong teamwork ability, and technical coordination across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for field and site visits across company projects within the Kingdom.

Job Location & Work Hours Details

• Location: Al-Ahsa, with flexibility for future site relocation across project locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as company operations expand.
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
• Working Days: 6 days per week.
