Job summary

Larsen & Toubro seeks an ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor with oil and gas experience to lead health, safety and environment activities on our construction sites in Saudi Arabia. You will prepare EHS plans, conduct risk assessments, and manage inspection regimes in close collaboration with project teams.

You will deliver EHS inductions, supervise toolbox talks, and ensure all workers wear PPE while maintaining rigorous incident reporting, investigations, and compliance with ISO standards across

Qualifications

• Must have strong EHS leadership and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience in oil and gas projects is essential.
• Ability to prepare EHS plans, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare EHS documents (EHS plan, emergency response plan, RA).
• Attend EHS meetings with client and project team.
• Report EHS issues to HO and stakeholders.
• Provide EHS induction training to new workers.
• Conduct daily EHS inspections for assigned zone.
• Ensure safe work permits are obtained by engineers/supervisors from clients/main.
• Conduct risk assessments across site and inform engineers/clients.
