Ernst & Young AE is seeking a senior Experience & Design Strategy leader to shape AI-enabled experience design across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will personally produce high-quality outputs while guiding innovative experiences, workshops, and client activations, in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

8-12 years of multidisciplinary design and innovation experience with end-to-end ownership from concept to execution.
Professional fluency in Arabic and English with demonstrated Arabic-first design capability.
Portfolio demonstrating original Arabic-first design capability across multiple mediums is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Translate business challenges into experience strategies and design solutions.
Lead end-to-end experiences across physical, digital, and immersive environments.
Create bilingual Arabic/English concepts, interfaces, and narratives with RTL design principles.
Engage with C-suite executives and clients, guiding design direction and mentoring teams.
