GEN PLUS Group is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Arabic Copywriter / Editor with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national, fluent in both Arabic and English, with demonstrated, hands‑on expertise in PR and Communications writing and a strong background in high‑level editing, copywriting, and content development. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and strategic relevance of all Arabic content produced by the organization, particularly PR‑led, corporate, and reputational communications, alongside consumer comms.

Requirements
  • Create Arabic content to ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency.
  • Maintain and enforce editorial standards, brand voice, and style guidelines across all Arabic materials.
  • Collaborate closely with PR and Communications teams, along with in‑house designers to ensure accuracy across workstreams and all content.
  • Develop and edit PR and Communications materials including press releases, media pitches, op‑eds, editorial articles, executive speeches, talking points, FAQs, Q&A documents, corporate announcements, leadership bios, boilerplates, key messages, and crisis communications materials.
  • Ensure all communications content meets media standards and is tailored for journalists, stakeholders, and public‑facing audiences.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to craft compelling narratives that support reputation management, thought leadership, and corporate positioning.
  • Lead and manage editorial workflows, including content calendars and delivery timelines.
  • Transcreate English content into Arabic, ensuring cultural, contextual, and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct thorough fact‑checking and content verification.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
  • Stay up to date with developments in Arabic language usage, media trends, and editorial best practices.
  • Provide editorial guidance and mentorship to junior writers and editors when required.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Arabic copywriting, editing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience producing and managing high‑quality Arabic content across multiple formats, ith a strong focus on PR and corporate communications deliverables.
  • Native‑level Arabic proficiency with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong command of English with demonstrated translation and transcreation capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital publishing platforms, content management systems, and editorial tools.
  • Experience working with KSA government entities, large organizations, or international brands is a strong advantage (please provide a list of clients you have worked with/on).
