Job summary

CleanLife seeks an Application Developer (iOS Swift) to design, build, and maintain native iOS apps. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, implement APIs, and ensure robust performance across devices. You will participate in testing, code reviews, and app submissions, while staying updated on iOS best practices and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as an iOS Application Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Swift with SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
• Experience with Xcode and iOS SDK guidelines.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON integration.
• Experience with Core Data/Realm/SQLite for data storage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Application Developer (iOS Swift)

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining native iOS applications using Swift, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative applications that enhance user experience and streamline business processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain our iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient Swift code following Apple's best practices and design guidelines
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a smooth, native iOS user experience
• Conduct unit testing (XCTest) and troubleshoot/fix bugs
• Review and refactor code to ensure optimal performance and functionality
• Ensure applications are compatible across various iOS devices, screen sizes, and OS versions
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deadlines
• Implement and integrate third-party libraries and APIs (CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager)
• Maintain application security and ensure compliance with relevant data protection standards
• Manage app submissions and updates through the Apple App Store (App Store Connect)
• Collaborate in agile environments to deliver high-quality software solutions

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an iOS Application Developer or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Swift; solid knowledge of SwiftUI and/or UIKit
• Experience with Xcode, Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, and the iOS SDK
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating backend services
• Familiarity with database/local storage solutions such as Core Data, Realm, or SQLite
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall is a plus
• Experience with cloud-based application development (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
