Job summary

CodeNinja is seeking an Appian Technical Lead / Solution Architect to own end-to-end design and delivery of Appian applications for a leading bank in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of Appian developers, integration engineers and QA, acting as design authority for the platform in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• At least 12+ years total experience with 7+ years hands-on Appian
• Minimum 3 years in Appian lead/architect role
• Appian Certified Lead Developer is mandatory
• Notice period of 1 month or immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Appian solution architecture: data model, processes, security, integrations
• Act as Appian design authority: coding standards, reusable libraries, design gates
• Define deployment architecture with infra and security teams (self-managed or Appian Cloud)
• Design integration patterns with core banking, CRM, document management, ESB/API gateway and identity providers
• Lead estimation, sprint planning and technical backlog; support presales/RFP responses
• Own non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, audit logging, data retention
• Run code reviews, Appian Health Check remediation, production-readiness sign-off
• Represent platform in architecture reviews, security assessments, audits
• Coach Appian team; promote Data Fabric, Process HQ, AI Skills
