Jobgether SRL is seeking an Analytical Chemistry Specialist for a Freelance AI Trainer Project, based in Saudi Arabia. You will evaluate AI responses in analytical chemistry, apply spectroscopy, chromatography, and electrochemical analysis expertise, and document model weaknesses to improve AI systems.

This remote role offers independent work, scientific rigor, and a contract-based engagement. Ideal candidates hold a PhD or equivalent experience, with strong communication skills and a passion

Qualifications

• PhD in analytical chemistry or closely related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles, instrumentation and method development.
• Experience in laboratory-based research, method validation, pharma/environmental testing desirable.
• Familiarity with MS, HPLC, GC, NMR, trace analysis, titrimetry, and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, logic, rigor and relevance to lab work.
• Develop and evaluate analytical chemistry scenarios including spectroscopy, chromatography and electrochemical methods.
• Assess advanced techniques (MS, HPLC, GC, NMR) and related instrumentation.
• Identify reproducible errors and weaknesses to improve AI model performance.
• Provide detailed scientific feedback and improvements to prompts, criteria, and testing methods.
• Apply QA/QC principles to evaluate reliability of AI outputs.
• Clearly communicate conclusions and analytical approaches to enhance model transparency.
