Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Program Manager for Airports to lead delivery across a major stream of related projects in a 24/7 operational environment. You will own schedules, budgets and dependencies, coordinating technical, operational and vendor teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and realized benefits.

The role requires experience managing multiple projects, strong PMI/PRINCE2/MSP and agile methods, and a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams with excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple related projects to scope, time and cost.
• Strong command of PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Planning, dependency, budget and risk management expertise.
• Ability to lead project managers and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a portfolio of related projects, managing cross-project dependencies and integration.
• Own the stream schedule, budget and resource plan; track progress and manage the critical path.
• Coordinate technical, operational and vendor teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Manage stream budget, forecasting and supplier performance.
• Build strong relationships with client, operational and vendor stakeholders.
• Lead and develop project managers and teams within the stream.
