Job summary

Ibase Company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Airless Spray Painter to join our industrial team. The role involves surface preparation, operation of airless spray-painting machines, and applying coatings to metal, concrete, and machinery.

You will mix paints and primers according to specifications, inspect finished work for quality, maintain spray equipment, and follow health, safety, and environmental regulations while using PPE.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as airless spray painter or industrial painter.
• Knowledge of different paints and coatings.
• Experience operating airless spray-painting machines.
• Understanding of safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit for industrial or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or removing old paint and rust.
• Operate and maintain airless spray-painting equipment.
• Mix and prepare paints, primers, and coatings per specifications.
• Apply paint evenly to metal, concrete, machinery, structures, or other surfaces.
• Inspect completed work for quality and defects.
• Clean and maintain spray guns, hoses, pumps, and equipment.
• Follow workplace health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Estimate and manage materials required for each job.
