Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking an experienced Data & AI Transformation Consultant to accelerate AI adoption, workforce readiness and operating model redesign, partnering with business and technology leaders to embed AI into daily work and build the required skills and culture to become AI-first.

The role focuses on aligning people, processes and technology, designing AI-enabled operating models, and delivering learning programs to drive transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change initiatives across large enterprises.
• Background in learning strategy and capacity development.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled operating models and skills analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of AI transformation strategies by aligning people, processes and technology with objectives.
• Analyze industry trends and AI adoption patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement change management programs for AI at scale.
• Develop AI-enabled operating models including structures, roles and governance.
