The AI Product Manager is responsible for leading the planning, development, and lifecycle management of AI-driven products. The role ensures that artificial intelligence solutions align with organizational strategic objectives, enhance digital learning experiences, and deliver measurable educational impact through data-driven and ethical AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-based products.
- Translate educational and business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including:
- AI and Data Science
- Software Engineering
- UX/UI Design
- Educational Content and Instructional Design
- Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI models and features.
- Monitor and evaluate AI product performance, including accuracy, reliability, scalability, and user impact.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, data governance standards, and AI ethics policies.
- Prioritize product features and manage trade-offs between educational value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
- Analyze product data and KPIs to drive continuous optimization and innovation.
- Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital product management; experience with AI-driven products is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts (e.g., Machine Learning, NLP, Recommendation Systems).
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to define and track KPIs and make data-driven product decisions.
- Experience in e-learning, digital education platforms, or EdTech is an advantage.
