Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong experience building, developing, and scaling digital products.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, personalization, and data-driven product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase product roadmap.
• Lead the development of AI-powered learning experiences, including adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, personalized learning paths, content and assessment generation, and automated grading.
• Develop learner models, recommendation systems, knowledge-tracking capabilities, and mastery estimation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI & ML, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Manage product requirements, technical specifications, AI solution evaluations, product experiments, and product analytics.
• Ensure responsible AI, data protection, security, and compliance principles are incorporated into the platform.
• Develop and mentor Product Managers and serve as a product leadership reference for AI and learning across the organization.
