Job summary

RWS Group is seeking AI Business Conversation Analysts to support development of AI models in Saudi Arabic (MSA). This freelance, part-time role is remote with a flexible 10+ hours weekly schedule and immediate start.

You will craft 10–15 turn conversations in English and MSA, reviewing scenarios and guiding topics across financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decisions. Prior experience in business or research is a plus; compensation is $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Native-level Saudi Arabic (MSA) speaker.
• Good command of English to understand project instructions.
• Strong analytical and business mindset.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Background in business/data analysis, finance or research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review scenarios to identify information or outcomes to explore.
• Conduct a 10–15 turn written conversation with AI, progressively developing the topic.
• Work on topics such as financial analysis, business reporting, research/policy evaluation, and data-driven decision support.
• Conduct conversations in English and Saudi Arabic (MSA) with a logical, professional flow.
