Job summary

Tkxel is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for the Agentic Platform, based in Riyadh, to bridge North product capabilities with customer engineering teams and deliver AI-powered agent workflows in enterprise settings.

The role focuses on building production-grade Python solutions, deploying RAG/agentic applications, and integrating LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources, while ensuring reliability, observability, and security through enterprise-grade practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python development and production deployment experience.
• Experience building RAG and agentic applications.
• Ability to interact with customers and translate needs into technical specs.
• Experience leading engineering work in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, or auditability requirements for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools and APIs.
• Own end-to-end use cases from scoping to production delivery.
• Collaborate with customers to convert business problems into concrete agent workflows.
• Contribute to shared frameworks to enable consistent, high-quality delivery across teams.
• Travel up to 20-40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
