Job summary

Team GDC ME in Riyadh seeks an experienced Standardization Instructor Pilot for the AH-6I program, responsible for training and evaluating both employee and customer pilots per ATM and POI standards. The role includes classroom and hands-on instruction, aircraft and simulator activities, and maintaining IATF records.

The ideal candidate has PIC hours, type-specific flight experience, and an IP certificate, with a strong background in Army Aviation training concepts, operations, and staff

Qualifications

• Qualified as Pilot in Command with 1000 hours as PIC and 300 hours in type aircraft or equivalent.
• IP course for AH-58D/AH-64D at an authorized Aviation Proponent School or DES equivalency.
• FAA Commercial/Instrument and GACA Pilot Certificates with flight hours and instructor experience.
• Experience in mission operations (Attack, Observation, Utility, Multi-Mission) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts, admin, logistics, and able to lead staff and develop procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide standardization instruction for AH-6I program and supervise GDC AH-6i IPs.
• Conduct classroom and flight training, administer evaluations, and maintain IATF records.
• Ensure currency, readiness, and compliance with ATM requirements and POI.
• Coordinate with Director Brigade Flight Training to meet contract deliverables.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and supervise staff performance.
