As an adventure park assistant manager, you will be responsible for the operations and supervision of a range of Leisure and Entertainment activities across a 20,000 SQM Adventure Park. Designed for adults and kids, this space is supported by hospitality keys in both the park itself and an adjacent resort, and varying food and beverage outlets. Elevated adventure experiences such as ropes courses, trampolining, and climbing walls, sit alongside ground-based radio-controlled cars and cultural arts and craft experiences. The park has been designed as a destination location, offering fun-filled entertainment for the whole family. Experiences are positioned both outdoors amongst the natural rocks and juniper trees, along with indoor attractions.
As assistant manager, you are responsible for overseeing activity instructors and direct report supervisors, ensuring a fun, safe and professional environment. All supervisors are expected to support as instructors, which consists of three core designations, providing dynamic and varying roles across the whole project. During the adventure park manager’s absence, the assistant manager will take responsibility of the running of the park.
Manage guest experiences across a wide range of activities and attractions, nurturing a fun but safe environment.
Deliver guest experiences that provide a taste of the region’s rich culture, history and uniqueness, providing memories that last beyond their visit. The following examples are provided.
Provide the front-of-house and sales team with support during peak season, periods of high visitations, breaks and vacation times.
The selling of park tickets from bundles, full all-inclusive access to single individual experience tickets
Actively upsell to higher ticket options to increase the revenue of the adventure park
Complete participant legal waivers for each visitor, ensuring park rules and regulations are communicated and understood
Provide positive, friendly meet and greet services at the entrance, ticketing area and within the adventure park grounds
Support the sales team with promotions within Al Baha through events, promotional flyers and other marketing initiatives
All supervisors are responsible for overseeing activity operators within the park, ensuring a safe environment for employees and guests.
