A global education company is seeking an Advanced Specialist in Riyadh to drive growth in the KSA EdTech sector. This role involves building strategic partnerships with government and large enterprises while developing education solutions aligned with national goals. Candidates should possess strong business development experience and the ability to influence stakeholders. This opportunity emphasizes shaping educational ecosystems rather than just selling products, making a significant impact on future learning and workforce development in Saudi Arabia.
This role is equivalent to industry-recognised titles such as Business Development Manager – Enterprise Solutions, Education Partnerships Manager, Commercial Growth Manager, and Go-To-Market Manager – Education. This is a commercially focused individual contributor role responsible for driving growth, partnerships, and market expansion across the KSA EdTech sector.
Reports to: Enterprise Director – Middle East, Africa & Turkey
In this role, you will grow Pearson’s enterprise and government presence across Saudi Arabia by building strategic partnerships and developing high-impact education and workforce solutions. You’ll work closely with government entities, large employers, and internal product teams to shape opportunities aligned to Vision 2030 and national skills agendas. You will strengthen enterprise and government relationships and co-create solutions that transform how organisations build capability. In your first six months, you’ll make your biggest impact by establishing priority accounts, developing a strong opportunity portfolio, and positioning Pearson as a long-term capability partner in KSA. What makes this opportunity different is the scale and purpose — you’re not promoting standalone products, you’re shaping national and enterprise-level skills ecosystems.
