About The Role

The Administrative Office Assistant – Operations (Remote) is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and operational support across multiple business functions. This includes managing documentation, coordinating schedules, supporting internal communications, and assisting with process improvements. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team and other departments as needed
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and virtual appointments
  • Prepare, review, organize, and maintain reports, records, and operational documentation
  • Handle internal and external correspondence via email and other communication platforms
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support operational workflows, procedures, and process documentation
  • Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple teams
  • Monitor operational activities and report discrepancies or inefficiencies
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative setup for new hires
  • Support special projects and ad hoc operational initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in administrative support, office administration, or operations support roles
