Job summary

MBRF in Saudi Arabia seeks a capable Administration/Cost Control professional to support the Production Manager and Supervisors. You will handle calendar and leave management, travel arrangements, and prepare information for meetings.

You will also create monthly cost center reports, monitor cost allocations to GL accounts, and manage procurement from requisition to invoicing while ensuring data accuracy and BRF sustainability policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or relevant qualification.

Job Description

• Provide full support to the Production Manager as well as Supervisors, of the department.
• Calendar management Leave management & Travel management of the Department.
• Scheduling trainings and meetings of the Department.
• Collect, update, organize and prepare information during meeting presentations.
• Writing minutes of meetings and other directives.
• Coordinate & follow-up all production related issues with other departments.
• Create monthly ZBB reports that details under and overspending of all departments cost centers.
• Monitor accuracy of cost allocation to different cost centers and proper GL accounts.
• Check and submit Divergence reports if any.
• Create Purchase Requisition, follow-up PO, delivery and Invoice Booking.
• Create provisions and checks reversals.
• Generate, control and monitor Budget report for Production and Warehouse Department.
• Point of contact between the Company and the Agency related to all kinds of manpower issue.
• Manage & Control Invoices and Statements from the Agency.
• Create PR’s, provisions, check reversals and approvals.
• Handles departmental data and information management (department KPI’s); includes data collection, file updates and visual management updates (graphs).
• Handles all departmental financial process; cash advances and reimbursements.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
