Job description
Responsibilities


  • Serve as primary liaison with Saudi government ministries, municipalities, and regulatory bodies including Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, MOMRA, and other relevant entities

  • Manage all government-related documentation, permits, licenses, and approvals required for construction projects

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws, construction regulations, and local municipality requirements

  • Facilitate inspections and coordinate with government inspectors and officials

  • Maintain and organize all company legal documents, contracts, and government correspondence

  • Prepare official letters, applications, and documentation in both Arabic and English

  • Maintain systematic filing and record-keeping systems for permits, licenses, and official documents

  • Support PMO team with administrative tasks related to project documentation and reporting

  • Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials and key stakeholders

  • Support business development efforts through government relationship management
