Join DHL Global Forwarding in Riyadh as an Admin Assistant.পর this role supports the regional office’s daily operations, including reception, travel arrangements, employee onboarding, and general administrative coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support for reception processes and daily activities.
  • Record and distribute messages accurately and in aquiries timely manner.
  • Greet visitors, issue visitor passes, maintain visitor logs, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Prepare AWP documents for deliveries within stations.
  • Arrange farewell cards and events for voluntarily terminated employees.
  • Book hotel accommodations and flights for employees and internal personnel.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, country‑specific training events, and health & wellbeing armies activities.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of office supplies and pantry items.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding for relevant booking contracts.
  • Manage tracking and ordering of uniforms for employees.
  • Organize mini giveaways or cakes for employee birthdays.
  • Prepare ID cards, access/parking cards, business cards, medical insurance registration, onboarding kits, and IT assets for new hires.
  • Draft announcements for new joiners via WhatsApp and email at a country level.
  • Maintain an annual tracker for long service awards / End‑of‑Month recognitions.
  • Prepare announcements for public holidays and company events.
