Job summary

A leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company in Saudi Arabia seeks an Accounts Receivable Admin. This role involves managing invoicing and collection processes, ensuring timely billing, and following up on overdue payments. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in financial administration. Strong communication skills and knowledge of financial systems are essential for optimizing invoicing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years’ experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial administration.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices for all EHS projects and services accurately.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoice logs and payment receipts.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
