Role Overview

We are seeking an Accounting Manager with strong General Ledger (GL) ownership to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance in a fast‑growing technology environment. Arabic fluency is mandatory. Relocation support is available if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage General Ledger (GL) activities end‑to‑end
• Lead month‑end close, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Review and perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial statements
• Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and collections
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity forecasting
• Support tax filings, VAT/withholding tax, and external audits
• Improve accounting policies, processes, and internal controls
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including ownership of GL and close
• Previous experience in an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant role is a must
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory); English proficiency required
• Experience with KSA accounting, VAT, or regulations is a strong plus
• Background in technology, startup, or high‑growth environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, reporting, analysis)
• Solid tax and audit experience
• High attention to detail, structure, and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
