Job summary

NICE ONE | نايس ون is seeking an Accountant to maintain financial records, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, process invoices, and support budgeting and reporting. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will assist with month-end and year-end closing, cash management, and financial analysis while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure robust internal controls and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA/CA) or equivalent is a plus.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, ledgers, reconciliations, accruals, and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounts and accurate accounting records with supporting documentation.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and adjustments.
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and manage accounts payable records.
• Record customer invoices/receipts, monitor balances, and assist collections as needed.
• Reconcile bank and card accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate cash balances.
• Prepare balance sheet and P&L analyses, report variances, and support monthly/year-end close.
