Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepares and processes creditor’s vouchers for purchase of overseas goods and services.
• Maintains accounts payable ledger (AP) for overseas suppliers and reconciles supplier’s statement of account against AP ledger.
• Prepares and processes check payment vouchers for local and foreign suppliers and for others upon request for payment including advice notes received from banks for various charges.
• Receives and responds to calls from suppliers and processes their payments in accordance with the guidelines set from time to time.
• Verification of local suppliers’ payments.
• Verification of petty cash expenses
• Allocation of receipt
• Assistance in preparation of monthly closing schedules
• Performs any other related duties as directed by the Controlling Manager or his designee.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in Accounting.
