Accountant vacancy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. This position reports to the Finance Manager and involves maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, performing calculations and reconciliations, managing accounts receivable/payable, overseeing budgets, and ensuring timely payment of taxes and dues.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accounting records by analyzing balances, preparing reports, and reconciling entries.
2. Prepare financial statements by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
3. Analyze financial data from various sources to assess business performance.
4. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by filing returns and documents with local authorities.
5. Manage accounts receivable/payable, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
6. Create and monitor budgets, identifying areas for cost improvement.
7. Verify documentation and prepare payments, ensuring all requirements are met.
8. Support the Finance Manager with special projects as needed.
