Job summary

Danaher is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee accounts receivable, credit management, collections, cash application and trade finance across Saudi Arabia. This role partners with business leaders to provide governance and strategic insight while driving end-to-end AR processes.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years in accounting/AR, experience with large accounts in healthcare, and be based in Saudi Arabia with eligibility for sponsorship transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related discipline required.
• SOCPA membership or equivalent relevant certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, credit management or collections.
• Experience handling major accounts in healthcare, medical devices or life sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly statements for distributors, MOH, and NUPCO.
• Process and reconcile customer statements, payments, and cash applications.
• Support credit notes processing and resolve disputes with delinquent customers.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely AR invoice allocation.
• Manage bad-debt exposure and lead quarterly closing assessments.
• Use Oracle for AR, cash applications and credit management.
• Coordinate banking and trade-finance facilities, including L/Cs and bank guarantees.

About The Role

This is a broad and highly influential finance leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who can operate across multiple finance disciplines while serving as a trusted strategic partner to the business.

The role combines strong financial governance with forward-looking commercial insight and end-to-end responsibility for accounts receivable, credit management, collections, cash application, trade finance and strategic customer accounts across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of monthly account statements for distributors, service accounts, the Ministry of Health (MOH) and NUPCO.
• Handle, process and reconcile customer statements, payment allocations and cash applications.
• Support the processing of credit notes and lead the resolution of disputes with delinquent customers.
• Coordinate monthly with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely allocation of accounts receivable invoices.
• Manage bad-debt exposure and lead quarterly closing assessments.
• Use Oracle for accounts receivable, cash application and credit-management activities.
• Coordinate banking and trade-finance facilities, including letters of credit, bank guarantees and relationships with banking partners.

Qualifications And Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Valid and appropriate SOCPA membership.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, accounts receivable, credit management or collections.
• Previous experience within healthcare, medical devices or life sciences, preferably within the diagnostics industry.
• Strong experience managing NUPCO, MOH, distributors and other major customer accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for a sponsorship transfer.
