Role Description:

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Account Handler - Health and Benefits, located in Jeddah. The Account Handler will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling renewals, providing excellent customer service, and dealing with insurance and insurance brokerage matters on a daily basis. Duties include monitoring customer inquiries, processing claims, negotiating policy terms, and ensuring client satisfaction with health and benefit solutions.
