Role Summary

As an Account Executive at Shipa Delivery, you will support the account management function by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience, focused on communication, coordination, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Support assigned customer accounts and assist in day-to-day account coordination
  • Communicate with customers to understand service requirements and share updates
