Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and proficiency in brazing are essential. A valid Passport and Driving License are required, along with passing a pre-employment medical examination.

We are seeking a skilled and certified HVAC Technician for a major facilities management company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to international safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs on HVAC systems.
• Work on Chilled Water Systems (Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs).
• Work on Direct Expansion (DX) Systems (Split, Package, VRF/VRV Units).
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults systematically using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Recover, evacuate, charge, and handle refrigerants in strict compliance with environmental regulations and company procedures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Complete detailed service reports, logbooks, and maintenance records for all work performed.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls, both during and outside normal working hours.
• Liaise with clients, team leaders, and engineers to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Strictly adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at all times.

Mandatory Requirements & Certifications:

• Diploma or Trade Test Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Valid International Certification in Refrigerant Handling (EPA 608, ACRIB, or equivalent EU F-Gas Certificate).
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on field experience in commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (able to work with 220/380V systems).
• Proficiency in brazing, pipefitting, and system pressure testing.
• Valid Passport and Kenyan Driving License.
• Must pass the pre‑employment and GCC work visa medical examination.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) interfaces.
• Manufacturer training on Daikin, Carrier, or Trane systems.
• Experience in hospital, hotel, or large mall environments.
