Job summary

ABC Diagnostic and Learning Center is looking for a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will work closely with children facing developmental and behavioral challenges, implementing evidence-based therapy according to ABA principles.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, and possess or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification. Strong communication skills and experience with children with autism are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field is required.
• Certification as RBT or willingness to obtain it.
• Previous experience with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising BCBA


• Record and analyze data to track progress and inform treatment


• Foster positive behavioral changes and skill acquisition in clients


• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members


• Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment


• Flexibility working in school settings


• Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs

Qualifications
