Senior Product Manager

Job Title: Senior Product Manager (Portable / Residential Energy Storage) - (Global Market)

Location: Remote (Germany)

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 plus 25% on target bonus

(We are looking for a candidate that has come directly from portable energy storage or consumer electronics background, to be based remote in Germany and can speak fluent German and English. Chinese speaking is a plus.)

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap and strategy for portable and home energy storage products based on market research and user insights
• Customize product features and specifications to meet the needs of local markets (USA / Europe / Japan), including regulations and use cases
• Lead cross-functional coordination with R&D, supply chain, certification, testing, and marketing to bring the product from concept to mass production
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to improve product performance and cost-efficiency
• Support sales teams with product documentation, technical briefs, training materials, and sales enablement tools
• Collect post-launch market feedback and drive product iteration and enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related disciplines (e.g., electronics, electrical, mechanical, energy systems)
• At least 10 years of experience as a product manager in consumer electronics or clean energy; experience in energy storage, solar, or outdoor power products is a plus
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and project execution
• Fluent in English; capable of writing technical documents and communicating globally
• Strong user-centric mindset and problem-solving capability
