Siltronic is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of wafers made from high‑purity silicon. We partner with leading chip manufacturers and employ around 4,400 people worldwide across production sites in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. We design and produce wafers with diameters up to 300 mm.

Job Location

Burghausen or Freiberg (full‑time).

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and create specifications.
• Develop concepts and produce documentation.
• Lead and manage SAP projects.
• Implement solutions using S/4 HANA technologies, including customisations and new development.
• Provide 3rd‑level support, operate SAP applications, and coordinate with external service providers.

Qualifications

• Studied Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field with relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in the SAP MM module and, preferably, SAP ABAP development using the ABAP Workbench.
• Hands‑on project management experience and a strong interest in business processes and their technical implementation.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• High level of independence, initiative, teamwork, and communication, with a self‑directed work style.
