BoP Civil Site Manager (m/f/d) - Concrete Tower

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

Your Tasks

  • Monitor and control project costs, ensure adherence to the budget, and identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure contract-compliant execution during the Civil Works and Site Readiness phases.
  • Develop and coordinate detailed project plans in collaboration with site management – including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that construction sites are equipped with the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support BOP Supervisors in resolving construction issues or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on site.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between construction sites and other departments during the construction and preparation phases.

Your Profile

  • Degree in civil engineering or a comparable field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Initial experience in managing construction projects, ideally in wind energy or infrastructure.
  • Strong skills in cost management and budget control.
  • Experience in developing and implementing project plans, including resource and risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills and quick problem-solving abilities for construction-related challenges.
  • In-depth technical understanding of construction processes in wind energy, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and cost control tools.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – for coordination with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Fluent English skills (minimum B2–C1); additional language skills (Spanish, German) are an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s license recognized in Germany is required for this position.

Willingness to travel: You are ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements.
