The Business Finance Organization (BFO) Customer Propositions serves as a key business partner to Zalando's propositions. Its primary goal is to empower the Business-to-Consumer leadership team with the insights needed to make well-informed decisions that foster long-term, profitable growth.
This role, part of Lounge Business Finance Organization, forms the key interface between Central Finance, Fashion Market Finance and the Lounge Commercial, Planning and Strategy teams.
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (all genders) who will support weekly commercial steering, long-term commercial planning and strategic projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the sustainable and profitable success of the Lounge Proposition across all markets.
In this position, you will contribute to its success by standardizing business processes, bringing performance reporting to the next level to deliver greater financial transparency, and building business cases to provide data driven recommendations for the business leaders. The scope of your work will be balanced between dedicated support of cross-market initiatives and global assignments (such as commercial profit contribution reporting and planning, overarching Business-to-Consumer commercial initiatives etc.). The candidate will bring strong financial and analytical skills combined with a great commercial understanding of the e-commerce marketplace business. The candidate will report to the BFO Lounge team Head with a dotted line to the Principal Manager of the Lounge BFO, while working closely with both the Lounge and Fashion functional teams.
