Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and continuously optimize marketing automation workflows (e.g., in Salesforce Pardot)
• Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns
• Take ownership of tracking, monitoring, and reporting of marketing activities across websites, social media, and other digital channels
• Develop dashboards and reports to measure success and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, and the Events team to align tools and processes effectively
• Manage and optimize marketing and sales tools such as Pardot, Salesforce and Asana

Your Profile

• Experience with marketing automation tools (ideally Salesforce Pardot)
• Solid knowledge of email marketing and best practices
• Hands-on experience in tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured way of working
• Experience of managing and integrating various marketing and sales tools

Nice to have

• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams
• Graphic Design Skills (Canva, Adobe)
• Industry knowledge in marketing and sales
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce is a major plus
