The Product Experience Cloud (PXC) by Contentserv is an all-in-one, cloud-native platform that enables businesses to seamlessly manage, enrich, and distribute product data across multiple channels. It combines Product Information Management (PIM), Data Integration tools to onboard and offboard product data, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and advanced Syndication and Feed Management, powered by AI-driven automation and insights, to ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and optimized for digital commerce. Built for retailers, manufacturers, and distributors, the PXC leverages artificial intelligence to enhance data quality, streamline workflows, and provide intelligent recommendations—enabling teams to efficiently centralize product information, manage digital assets, and distribute enriched content across eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and other sales channels. With PXC, businesses can accelerate time-to-market, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality, engaging product experiences that drive conversions.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Define and Prioritize Features: Design and prioritize features based on company goals and strategic objectives, ensuring maximum value for a given scope.
  • Manage Requirements: Lead requirement gathering and validation, create action plans, and define schedules to ensure timely, high-quality software delivery.
  • Act as a Key Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between engineering, product management, customers, and partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Engage with Customers & Partners: Manage the Customer & Partner Product Portal, collecting and analyzing ideas, user feedback, and business requirements.
  • Own the Product Backlog: Oversee the backlog to balance company objectives with customer satisfaction, ensuring an optimal product support experience.
  • Lead Implementation & Project Management: Drive end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, issue resolution, documentation, communication, and change management.
  • Ensure User-Centric and Future-Proof Solutions: Make sure that product implementations deliver high value, provide an excellent user experience, and are sustainable for long-term support and maintenance.
  • Monitor Progress & Ensure Transparency: Track implementation progress at every stage, keeping key stakeholders informed and ensuring accountability.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Actively participate in UAT, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing product functionality.
  • Proactively Manage Risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure a smooth and successful product delivery.

Required Profile and Skills

  • Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, articulate vision, and align stakeholders on priorities.
  • Technical Understanding: A good grasp of technical concepts helps bridge the gap between business and engineering teams.
  • Ownership: Taking initiative, driving projects forward, and ensuring that product meets business and customer goals.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into valuable product features.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize product performance.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Good stakeholder management skills and the willingness to align diverse teams toward a shared vision.
  • English Proficiency: Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
