Your Role - What Awaits You

If you enjoy working at the intersection of data center infrastructure and the cloud, and have experience in designing and developing IT architectures or operational landscapes in data centers, you are a perfect fit for adesso.

As a Senior Consultant in Datacenter-Infrastructure, you will connect on-premises environments with the cloud, focusing on traditional data centers. You will lead and manage data center consolidations, assessments, and innovation projects, or introduce new technologies seamlessly into existing IT infrastructures across industries.

Your responsibilities include:

• Expanding our consulting offerings, supporting acquisition and presales activities
• Advising clients on project design and implementation
• Developing technical target architectures for modernization projects, considering industry standards and regulations
• Leading IT units temporarily or conducting IT assessments

Your Skills - What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT consulting and/or engineering/architecture of data centers
• At least five years of relevant experience with technologies such as clients, servers, storage, monitoring, virtualization, backup/recovery, hyperscalers
• Knowledge in designing IT architectures and strategies, ideally familiar with current market trends around operational excellence and IT security
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., BAFIN-BAIT/KAIT/VAIT/ZAIT, DORA, NIS2) is a plus
