Your Responsibilities

  • Leading medical diagnostics and treatment of patients with psychosomatic disorders, including individual and group psychotherapeutic interventions.
  • Acting as deputy to the Chief Physician, representing them in clinical and administrative matters.
  • Participating actively in on-call duties and emergency coverage.
  • Collaborating closely with the rheumatology and gynecology departments to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Driving the implementation and continuous improvement of the clinic’s treatment concepts in partnership with the Chief Physician.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and educating assistant physicians and psychologists, including leading a specialized competency team.
  • Contributing to quality management and participating in clinical management meetings.

Your Profile

  • Board certification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
  • Proven experience in psychosomatic rehabilitation is advantageous.
  • Interest in incorporating innovative therapeutic approaches and specialized group therapies.
  • Strong commitment to psychosomatic, psychiatric, and social medicine issues.
  • High level of professional expertise coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoyment in working with diverse patient populations.
  • Responsible, independent, and reliable work ethic.
  • Team-oriented attitude with leadership capabilities.
