Who You Are

• CIO / CTO Skills and Aspirations: Strong background in IT management with aspirations to take on CIO or CTO roles. Experience in solution building, focusing on cost-efficiency, security, and scalability. Ability to develop strategic IT plans that prepare the organization for future challenges.
• Generalist with Technical Expertise: Broad knowledge in IT with a T-shaped skill set, having deep expertise in one area but a broad understanding of various IT domains. Proven experience in interdisciplinary projects, demonstrating the ability to integrate different areas of IT.
• Solutioning Experience for a Services Company: Hands-on experience in developing and implementing IT solutions specifically for a services company. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Architectural Experience: Consideration of candidates with a background in IT architecture. Ability to design and oversee the implementation of complex IT systems and solutions.
• Interpersonal and Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including pre-sales teams, to ensure successful solution delivery.
