Product Owner - Hotel Operations Automation (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

  • Drive the digitization and automation of our hotel processes through clear strategies and roadmaps.
  • Translate hotel needs (e.g., procurement, inventory, housekeeping) into smart digital solutions to make on-site work easier, faster, and more Ruby.
  • Care for our product backlogs and ensure systems & interfaces become smarter.
  • Analyze data, processes & feedback and translate them into meaningful improvements to ease daily work for hotel leads.
  • Work closely with UX/UI to ensure our systems feel as good as they work.

Qualifications

  • Holds a degree in business administration, communications management, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner, or someone who knows how to get things moving.
  • A knack for processes, systems & smart tools – ideally familiarity with APIs, IoT or AI.
  • Willingness to take responsibility, make an impact and help shape the digital future of hospitality.
  • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
