THE POSITION
We are looking for a General Manager who is passionate about the hotel industry, thinks outside the box, and loves our guests. Our concept promises lots of fun and variety. We are extremely funky and give our guests more than just a bed to sleep in. MOXY is emotion, MOXY is passion!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The hotel industry is your passion. From A to Z, from guest arrival to the preparation of food and beverages, your expertise in hotel management and experience in the F&B and housekeeping departments will be the pillars of service and satisfaction for our guests and employees. Together with your team you will implement our service strategy and create unforgettable stays for our guests.
Leading by example (hands‑on): Your leadership style is not limited to an office; it extends throughout the hotel and especially at the front desk. You will be a hands‑on leader who sets the standard for commitment and hard work throughout our team.
Innovation catalyst: Your role is not just about management; it’s about innovation. You will pioneer new approaches, technologies and ideas that keep us at the forefront of the industry and set trends rather than follow them.
Beacon of inspiration and motivator: By fostering a culture of growth, empowerment, and recognition you motivate each team member to give their best every day.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Proven success as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, ideally with one of the Marriott brands.
- Proven financial expertise consistently exceeding financial targets.
- Hands‑on approach and willingness to work closely with the team to ensure outstanding operational performance.
- Forward‑thinking mindset able to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Excellent leadership skills adept at mentoring and coaching, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Experience in cluster management is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to the highest quality.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
