The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within the organization, crucial to the company’s strategic growth. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding complex consulting engagements and creating strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts, spanning Business and IT solutions, and transformations impacting the entire customer ecosystem.

As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, leverage our capabilities to build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success.

You will define and implement the vision for the Cyber Incident Recovery consulting practice, ensuring alignment with market demands and client objectives. Responsibilities include developing recovery frameworks, integrating disaster recovery (DR), IT service continuity management (ITSCM), and post-incident resilience planning. You will act as a thought leader, representing the organization at industry events, publishing insights, and driving innovation in incident recovery.

This role requires a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate CXO-level client relationships. Your leadership will be critical in talent development and fostering innovation.

You will oversee client engagement, delivering high-quality work alongside senior stakeholders, particularly in transaction environments pre or post-deal, including planning and executing post-deal implementations. Focus areas include financial impact, utilization, client impact, and leadership.

Contribute to Profitable Growth :

• Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
• Manage margins and backlog for sustained growth and profitability
• Identify, pursue, and convert business development opportunities
• Negotiate scope and fees, ensuring profitability and risk management

Client Engagement :

• Build deep relationships with CXOs, becoming a trusted advisor
• Assess recovery readiness, define strategic roadmaps, and align strategies with business goals
• Implement robust DR and ITSCM practices, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34
• Guide forensic analysis and root cause assessments to inform recovery and resilience
• Lead C-level interactions and consulting initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Enhance client satisfaction, measure via NPS, and secure references

Operational Excellence :

• Achieve individual and team utilization targets
• Design complex engagements and oversee delivery, ensuring performance and satisfaction

Leadership, Management, People

• Foster a culture of continuous development, curiosity, and support
• Ensure outcomes are commercially focused, value-adding, and well-executed

Who You Are

• Experienced with a growth mindset, customer-focused, inclusive

Required Skills and Experience

• Master’s in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
• 10+ years in cyber incident response, recovery, or ITSCM
• Proven client engagement at executive level
• Expertise in DR and ITSCM frameworks, aligning with business goals
• Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Certifications like CBCI, CISSP, CISM, or DRII preferred
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives
• Experience managing complex projects and driving revenue growth
• Deep industry and technology knowledge
• Excellent communication in German and English
