WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Talent Retention team is dedicated to architecting a sustainable, high-performance culture. Our mandate is to drive organisational effectiveness by designing, validating, and globally scaling strategic People frameworks and products. As a People Partner, you are a critical enabler of this mission. You serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, empowering our managers and leads to cultivate high talent density and design exceptional growth and development opportunities. Ultimately, your contribution will inspire our people to do the best work of their careers at Trade Republic.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as a CHRO for your assigned business areas, enabling leadership teams to excel across key dimensions: Engagement, Performance, Feedback, Organisational Design, and Talent Development.
- Design and Drive a Decentralised Talent Strategy, proactively delivering innovative, high-impact solutions that measurably strengthen our unique company culture.
- Contribute to People projects, utilising a rigorous, data-driven approach to develop scalable People solutions that ensure successful change adoption.
- Champion Culture, Engagement, and Performance by continuously diagnosing organisational health and proactively implementing measures that optimise talent output across the board.
- Elevate Leadership and People Capabilities to maximise productivity and sustainably increase talent density within the organisation.
- Establish a Discipline of Continuous Improvement by leveraging People data and feedback loops to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our core tools and processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of strategic HR experience (e.g., HR Business Partner, People Programme/Project Manager, or Consultant), with expertise in organisational design, change management, and performance frameworks.
- Proven ability to design and deliver talent strategies and cross-functional initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness, strengthen engagement, and drive measurable business impact.
- Experience in operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within the Finance or Technology sector, balancing strategic foresight with hands‑on delivery.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to build trust and alignment across leadership teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Data‑driven mindset: adept at diagnosing organisational health, translating People insights into actionable, scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of German labour law is a plus.
