What You Will Do

Kenvue is currently recruiting for: ERLR Manager - Germany. This position reports into ERLR Leader and is based at our Neuss or Wuppertal sites in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth in the Germany market as the ERLR Manager
  • Ensure timely and compliant handling of all requests.
  • Coach & train managers and employees.
  • Input and guidance on Labor Relations Strategy, preparation & negotiation of all collective bargaining agreements within agreed parameters and leading the negotiations as representative of the company/employer.
  • Coordinate and administer all consultations and information with local unions and Workers Council members.
  • Answer complex local questions, e.g. regarding benefits and leaves topics; assist with enrollment. Directs the operation of local work related to benefits and compensation, partnering with the Regional Total Rewards Lead to ensure that standard processes are followed.
  • Ensure workplace policies are updated and in compliance with applicable local laws.
  • Stakeholder management and continuous communication with the local HR Leaders, by summarizing and reporting on operational updates and issues.
  • Stay updated on country employment and labor practices.
  • Comply with and enforce standards for maintaining a confidential and sensitive work environment.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex labor relations matters and trends
  • Drive proactive initiatives to enhance awareness of labor/employee relations among managers and employees
  • Manage and resolve high-level employee relations issues with confidentiality and integrity
  • Collaborate with business leaders to address labor relations challenges and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor regulations
  • Escalate critical matters to protect the company's interests
  • Review and present labor/employee relations trends and risk assessments
  • Implement best practices and processes for labor/employee relations work

Required Qualifications

  • Significant HR experience with a concentration on Employee Relations, Labor Relations and/or HR Generalist experience
  • University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • Expertise in employment and labor relations regulations and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving complex labor relations issues
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design and third-party vendors management
