Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing outsourcing/ 3rd party providers including ICT risk management from operational side (in addition to IT Compliance & Outsourcing Function)
• Ensuring that third-party ICT service providers comply with EU Entities-specific technical requirements and act in compliance with DORA.
• Responsible for developing and managing communication protocols with different ICT service providers.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Law or equivalent
• At least 3-5 year work experience in financial services with deep knowledge in banking regulation (first experience with DORA) and procurement/outsourcing area.
• Have certain projects implementation and management experience
• Possess good learning, communication and independent problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English mandatory.
• This role requires successful candidates to be based in-person in Vienna Headquarter
