Site HR Leader (m/f/d) | HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Colibrium Additive is seeking an experienced and proactive Site HR Leader to join our team in Lichtenfels, Germany. This role combines local HR leadership for Germany with global HR business partner responsibilities for Supply Chain including Sourcing, Quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS). The successful candidate will also lead global HR projects, collaborate with the Germany works council, and implement HR initiatives aligned with GE Aerospace and Colibrium Additive strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Leadership For Germany: Serve as HR leader, providing day‑to‑day HR support for the Lichtenfels site with one HR team member.
  • Proactively collaborate with the Germany works council to ensure compliance with labor laws and foster positive labor relations.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and Centers of Expertise (COEs) to define and improve HR policies and processes for Germany and Colibrium Additive.
  • Implement GE Aerospace and Colibrium Additive HR initiatives locally, including consultation, communication, and change management for leaders and employees.
  • Global HR Business Partner: Act as the HR business partner for global functions, focusing on Supply Chain (Sourcing, Quality, EHS).
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to global leaders, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Lead and contribute to global HR projects, driving continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
  • HR Strategy And Execution: Collaborate with HR colleagues and COEs (People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) to ensure HR processes and policies are effective, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across local and global teams.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning for critical roles.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven HR leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain, preferably in a global matrix organization; strong knowledge of German labor laws and works council experience; global HR partnership experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical and data‑driven decision making; continuous improvement mindset; problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities; proficiency in HR systems and data‑driven HR practices.
