HR Operations & Compliance

  • Own and continuously improve HR operations across our entities and EoR setups
  • Ensure compliance with German labor law and coordinate with external partners for compliance in other countries
  • Maintain employee records and HR data integrity across systems and tools
  • Develop and document HR policies, processes, and templates for consistency and transparency
  • Support audits, reporting, and GDPR compliance

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Oversee and coordinate payroll for Germany and collaborate with international payroll/EoR providers
  • Manage benefits programs and vendor relationships (health insurance, pension, perks, etc.)
  • Support the annual compensation and performance review cycles
  • Maintain salary structures and ensure internal and external equity

Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage operational aspects of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and changes
  • Prepare and issue employment-related documents (contracts, amendments, certificates)
  • Collaborate with the HR Generalist (Germany) to ensure a seamless employee experience and proper documentation
  • Ensure our HRIS and other systems reflect accurate, up-to-date information

Tools, Processes & Projects

  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes
  • Lead or support HR projects (system implementations, process harmonization, data reporting)
  • Act as a go-to expert for HR systems and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Administration role
  • Strong understanding of German employment law, payroll processes, and HR best practices
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with HR data and tools
  • High attention to detail, structured way of working, and strong ownership mindset
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an international or multi-entity environment
  • Experience in M&A, post-merger-integration of HR processes
  • Experience coordinating with EoR providers or managing global HR compliance is a strong plus
