Responsibilities

  • Establish, grow, and manage international Creator Communities (our Citizen Developers), ensuring strong engagement and knowledge sharing
  • Develop and implement a roadmap to scale the community and learning program internationally
  • Design and facilitate interactive formats (events, showcases, forums, webinars, challenges) that foster collaboration and highlight success stories
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Creators, encouraging adoption and supporting their growth journey
  • Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to deliver training sessions and workshops
  • Manage and expand our internal learning program for low/no-code on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Engage and secure buy-in from high-level stakeholders across global business units, IT, and leadership
  • Ensure the community and learning program align with corporate strategy, digital transformation goals, and governance standards
  • Identify and empower local champions and community leaders in different regions
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in low/no-code development, process automation, and citizen development

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in community management, program management, or digital transformation initiatives (ideally in a corporate, international environment)
  • Strong writing, communication and storytelling skills across digital formats
  • Nice to have: Low/no-code platforms, especially Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences across roles and regions
  • Self-driven, creative, and passionate about building cross-functional communities
  • Fluency in English and German

Additional Information

We are seeking a Community Manager to lead, grow, and scale our Creator Community (Citizen Developer Community) and drive the expansion of our low/no-code learning program on the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is pivotal in shaping our internal process automation strategy by fostering a vibrant, international community of business innovators, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring strong alignment with senior stakeholders across business units and geographies.

The Community Manager will act as the central orchestrator for all community activities, balancing strategic scaling with hands-on execution. This includes community engagement, governance, content and learning journey development, stakeholder management, and ensuring alignment with our digitalization roadmap.
